Our residences, subdivided in different typologies, are located in all the territory of San
Teodoro, in order to satisfy all different living and logistic requirements:
the closeness of the principal beach "La Cinta" or in the centre of San Teodoro, a panoramic position with sea view and
close to the centre or a very quiet position just off the town.
As regard to the typology of apartments, we have two-roomed and three-roomed flats that could contain between 2 persons and 6 persons.
All the holiday homes we manage are recently erected buildings, well furnitured and well-kept; it is possible to have, on request and free, the cradle for the youngest babies and the washing machine (present in all the three-roomed flats!).
There isn't any supplement to pay for late arrivals!
