How can I book a holiday home with your agency?

Our website features a booking engine system that allows you to book safely in [only] a few minutes with real-time verification of apartment availability, to pay by credit card via the SSL security system with 128-bit Verisign certificate (the same used for banking transactions) and to obtain instant booking confirmation. You can also book via email or phone.

I have specific needs. Can I book a holiday home that has given characteristics? For example can I book a ground floor apartment or two apartments that are near to each other?

Yes, you can specify your needs, and we will provide a holiday home that matches your search criteria.

When I arrive in San Teodoro, where shall I pick up the keys to the apartment I have booked?

To check in, go to our offices in via Sardegna and at the end of the registration process one of our representatives will accompany you to your reserved accommodation.

What are the expected check-in times for the apartments?

Check-in times are from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you arrive before those times, we recommend that you still go to reception, as it is often possible for you to gain access to your reserved holiday home earlier than scheduled. If our guests expect to arrive after 8 pm then they should notify us promptly.

What are the expected check-out times for the apartments?

Guests are expected to check-out by 10am. Should no other arrivals be expected then a later check-out will be possible at no additional cost.

How far is San Teodoro from Olbia?

San Teodoro is about 20 km from the airport and 25 km from the port of Olbia. It takes 15 minutes by car via the four-lane SS131 highway.

The territory of San Teodoro also includes a number of outlying villages that are located several kilometres away from its centre, so where are your holiday homes located?

All of our holiday homes are located in the centre of San Teodoro or near the main beach of La Cinta; in any case they are always well connected with the centre. We do not have any apartments in the outlying villages of San Teodoro

Do you need a car to travel around San Teodoro?

Absolutely not! Our apartments are strategically located so that our guests can move around on foot or they can rent bikes locally. Also, in summer 2014 a beach bus service started operating and this allows you to reach all the most important beaches in the San Teodoro area at a very good price.

I do not have the car with me, can I book a transfer service?

Yes, on request we can book you a private transfer at special rates to and from the port and airport of Olbia.

How far are the apartments from the beach?

If we take the main beach of La Cinta as a reference point then the apartment locations range from 300 metres up to a maximum of 1500 metres from the beach.

Which holiday homes can I book if I want to stay close to La Cinta beach?

The Le Canne apartments, the La Cinta Vip apartments or La Cinta holiday homes.

Which holiday home can I book if I want to be very near to the centre of San Teodoro?

The Le Zagare apartments or Fenicotteri holiday homes

Do the apartments have TVs and washing machines?

All the apartments managed by Obiettivo Vacanza, whatever their type, have an LCD TV and a washing machine.

Is there air conditioning in the apartments?

Clients who want air conditioning in their apartment can book one of the following types: the Le Zagare, La Cinta Vip, Villa Isuledda Apartments and some of the Fenicotteri Class I Apartments.

Is it possible to request extra beds or cots?

You can request up to 2 cots per apartment at no extra cost. There are no extra beds for adults since the number of guests indicated for each type of apartment is the maximum available.

Are high chairs available for younger children?

Yes, on request we provide a high chair for younger children free of charge.

Are bed linen and towels included in the apartments?

You can hire sets of bed linen and towels on arrival.

Do the beds in the apartments have blankets?

No, during the low season we provide quilts for the beds free of charge.

Do I have to worry about cleaning the apartment when I arrive?

Absolutely not! Before your arrival the apartment will have been cleaned and sanitized with the utmost care. The mattress covers and bedspreads are replaced for each new guest.

Is check-in restricted to a particular day of the week?

It is possible to check-in and check-out any day of the week, except for some exclusive properties such as Villa Isuledda, Villa Citai and La Cinta Vip Apartments.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, reservations are required for a minimum of 7 nights. In the low season you can stay for a minimum of 3 nights.

Are there any additional extra costs besides rent?

No, there are no extra costs, although we require a security deposit of €150 that will be refunded on the day of departure.

Do the bathrooms have a shower or a bath?

All the bathrooms in all the apartments are equipped with shower enclosures.

Is it possible to cook in the apartments?

Yes, all our houses have a kitchenette with dishes, cookware, cutlery and glasses. Our guests can ask us for all cooking-related accessories: we have a large warehouse stocked with everything you need.

During my stay I might need help should any faults or problems arise; who do I contact?

We always have fully-qualified staff on standby for our guests, ready to intervene should any faults arise in the holiday home and to resolve any kind of unexpected problem.

Do the apartments have Wi-Fi?

No, Wi-Fi is only available at the reception where we can provide an email, fax and card printing service, free of charge.

Are pets allowed?

No, it is not possible to take pets with you to our holiday homes; however, in apartments with independent gardens you will be able to bring small dogs with you, provided that you have agreed this beforehand with our agency.

Do the holiday homes have parking spaces?

Yes, all our apartments have free unattended parking. Some holiday homes have private car parks.
